This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance while promoting a culture centered on teamwork, safety, and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with ambulatory care experience and a passion for improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to outpatient specialty clinic staff Optimize clinic workflows, patient access, and operational performance Partner with interdisciplinary leadership teams to improve scheduling and referral processes Monitor quality metrics and enhance patient satisfaction initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards Support hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives Maintain staff competencies, certifications, and clinic readiness Foster a collaborative, patient-focused care environment Qualifications Required Active RN license (or ability to obtain within required timeframe) Minimum 5 years of RN experience At least 1 year of ambulatory care experience Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience Active BLS certification Associate Degree in Nursing Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
