Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced RN with expertise in Medical-Surgical care to work a 13-week contract in a dynamic critical access hospital setting. Hours:

3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; 36 hours per week) Days scheduled will vary Occasional on-call: up to two times within the contract, with on-call hours included as part of your 36-hour workweek

Key Qualifications:

Active RN license with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Med-Surg or similar acute care environments At least two completed travel contracts in nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred (discussion possible for candidates without PALS) Strong assessment, communication, and organization skills Experience working in critical access or rural hospital settings is strongly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients on a busy Med-Surg unit Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families for holistic treatment planning Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital standards Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and intervene as necessary Participate in on-call coverage as required
