Job Function:

Day Shift. 4x10: 7am

• 5:30pm.

Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy. Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations. Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments. Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document. electronic data. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

Job Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Minimum 1 year Med Surg/Tele experience (must be recent within the past year) 2 years total RN experience preferred Active NY RN License BLS (AHA)
