Compensation Pay Range:
Minimum Offer $37.80 Maximum Offer $51.00

Responsibilities:
Serves as a clinical resource by overseeing patient care delivery, delegating assignments based on patient acuity and staff capabilities, and anticipating care needs. Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and specialists to adjust care plans and ensure optimal results. Coordinates care with patients, families, providers, and community resources to support continuity and holistic care. Educates patients and families on care plans, treatment needs, patient rights, and informed consent, using effective teaching methods and tools. Maintains current knowledge of nursing best practices, research, standards, and organizational policies to support high-quality care. Demonstrates proficiency in clinical equipment and supports safe, effective use in patient care. Promotes strong team collaboration through clear communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Performs on-call responsibilities, including triaging patient needs and providing in-home visits as required. Pursues ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in key clinical areas. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (minimum Associate Degree in Nursing required)
Licensure:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Mexico or compact state required
Certifications:
BLS. ACLS
