Job Overview See hourly rates listed below: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in various settings. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. RN hourly rates range from $26 to $38; LPN hourly rates range from $18 to $23.5. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in patients' conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist the adult population to return to an emotional and mental well-being. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or licensed practical in the state of practice Strong skills in monitoring vital signs and interpreting results. Experience with durable medical equipment (DME) is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of patient care.
