RN / Registered Nurse - Days - Part-Time

Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes. Perform clinical assessments and organize patient care plans. Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. CPR certification. Valid driver's license. Some nursing experience required; home health experience not required.
