If you know your way around HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance , this is a solid, steady job. We're looking for someone hands‑on who can fix problems, keep things running, and take pride in their work. What You'll Be Doing Work on HVAC systems — maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs Handle plumbing issues — fixtures, pipes, and general repairs Respond to service calls and fix problems quickly Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns Inspect the building and catch issues before they get worse Use hand and power tools daily Keep track of work and repairs What We're Looking For Experience in facility or building maintenance Hands‑on HVAC and plumbing experience Able to troubleshoot and work independently Comfortable using tools and working on multiple systems Reliable and takes pride in getting the job done right Nice to Have Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge Commercial building experience Good communication with team members Why This Job $20-$25/hr depending on experience Overtime available Steady, long‑term work No jumping between job sites Solid team and consistent workload Apply now — expect a call or text from Kason to get started.
