What You'll Do:

The combined role develops, implements, and maintains an effective, organization-wide, data-driven Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program while simultaneously evaluating and meeting the comprehensive educational needs of the hospital. This leader works with Hospital Leaders to shift focus to improving performance of hospital systems and processes, while developing clinical education, orientation, nurse residency, and preceptor programs. The role is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Active RN license in TX or compact state 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
