Join Sunshine Homecare Services! - where compassion meets excellence in pediatric home care. We are seeking warm, experienced and dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses to deliver one-to-one quality, patient-centered nursing care to medically fragile children with complex health care needs at school. Immediate cases available in Millerton, NY 8am-3:30pm M-F.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one nursing care for a medically fragile student while at school Monitor and manage conditions such as: Seizure care Diabetes management G-tube feeding, suctioning, oxygen administration, ventilator support Pulse oximetry and medication administration Accompany the student on the school bus Communicate with school staff, families, and medical teams Maintain documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved RN program Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in acute care. Home care or school nursing experience preferred.
