Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours/week Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) for an immediate contract opening at Exeter Center. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing unit operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care. Key Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license NH or Compact required Prior nursing leadership or unit management experience required Ability to manage staffing, workflows, and patient/resident care coordination Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Must be able to start ASAP Schedule Expectations Mandatory weekend on-call rotation every 4 weeks Attendance requirements strictly enforced: No more than 2 call-outs allowed No NCNS (No Call, No Show); violation voids bonus eligibility Perks & Benefits $500 completion bonus for successful completion of 8-week requirement (based on attendance compliance) Dedicated recruiter support throughout assignment Fast onboarding and credentialing assistance Ongoing communication and placement support Potential extension opportunities based on performance and facility needs Why This Role This is a strong short-term leadership opportunity for an RN Unit Manager looking for a structured assignment with competitive pay, recruiter support, and a clear schedule.
