This role requires strong installation skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Lead and perform HVAC installations for RNC and commercial projects Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans Supervise installers and helpers on job sites Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer, and company standards Coordinate with office staff, builders, and inspectors Manage jobsite workflow to meet schedules and deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Complete required job documentation and inspections Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC installation experience Experience with residential new construction and/or commercial systems Ability to lead a crew and train helpers Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license

Preferred:

Prior Lead Installer experience EPA Certification Experience with commercial systems (RTUs, split systems) KY journeyman's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady work with a growing company Opportunities for raises and advancement
