! Queen Anne Nursing Home is seeking a RN/LPN who has a proven track record and extensive experience working in long term care as well as geriatrics. The preferred candidate will be experienced in assisting with daily activities, managing physical and mental challenges, and providing assistance with administering medications.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and record patient's responses and behaviors during treatments. Provide counsel and education to patients, their families, and other health care providers. Support patients' participation in their own care. Help patients meet their goals for daily living.
