Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree Nursing Required Bachelor's Degree Nursing Upon hire Preferred 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program Required 1 year of Mom/Baby experience is preferred RN

• Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required and BCLS
• Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required NRP
• Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
