Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma, Nursing Required Or Associate's Degree in Nursing Required Or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred 1 Year experience as a Registered Nurse Required Registered Nurse (RN) Upon Hire Required And Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 Days Required Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 Days Required Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care.
