SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - CLASS A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Most states provide this information online, while others require you to make the request at your local Department of Motor Vehicles. Qualifications Experience One (1) year of progressively responsible experience in the operation of medium-sized road maintenance equipment. Certifications or Licenses At the time of the appointment, must possess a valid Oregon driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. Requires an Oregon Class A commercial driver's license. Tanker endorsement (preferred). May be required to possess an Oregon pesticide applicator's license if weed control duties are assigned. Within four (4) months must possess traffic control, first-aid, and CPR certifications. Other Qualifications Must pass a pre-employment criminal history background investigation. Must pass a pre-employment, post offer drug/alcohol screening.
