Floor-Ready Requirements Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided Ability to stand for the entire shift at the machine (with scheduled breaks) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typical handling 25-35 lbs) Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work performance Commitment to teamwork and safety-first practices
