Robotic Weld Operator Location Elida, OH Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour 2nd Shift | Monday

Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided Ability to stand for the entire shift at the machine (with scheduled breaks) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typical handling 25-35 lbs) Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work performance Commitment to teamwork and safety-first practices

Required PPE:

Steel-toe boots (employee provided); earplugs and safety glasses provided if needed What You'll Do (Daily Tasks) Operate production machinery and perform assembly-related tasks Complete changeovers on presses, robotic welders, and other equipment Perform process control activities to maintain manufacturing quality and efficiency Conduct minor maintenance and routine housekeeping Follow all safety regulations and quality standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Why This Role?
