R&R Sanitation inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating roll-off trucks to transport containers to and from customer locations in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This is a critical position that requires exceptional driving skills, a commitment to safety, and a high level of customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Operate roll-off trucks to transport waste, debris, and other materials to and from designated locations. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of containers, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols. Communicate professionally with customers to confirm pick-up and delivery details, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure trucks are in optimal condition and report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pickups, and loads, including times, dates, and customer information. Perform routine maintenance checks, including monitoring oil, fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall truck performance. Safely navigate trucks through various weather and road conditions to ensure timely deliveries. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a clean driving record.Requirements:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B. Proven experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles, preferably in waste management or transportation. Clean driving record with no recent accidents or violations. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols at all times. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience specifically with roll-off trucks is highly preferred. Experience with septic trucks and waste management services is also desirable. Knowledge of basic truck maintenance and repair.
