We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roof Advisor to join our team at Horvath Roofing. The ideal candidate will work closely with homeowners to assess property damage, conduct roof inspections, provide estimates, and close sales for roofing and exterior restoration projects. This position requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage company-provided leads while also generating their own, playing a key role in driving revenue and business growth. The ideal candidate has a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. We are actively hiring candidates located in or near the following cities: Huron, Lorain, Fremont, Oak Harbor, and surrounding areas within a 45-minute radius.ABOUT THE COMPANY

OBJECTIVES
Visit residential clients' homes to conduct assessments of roofing conditions and identify specific needs. Develop and present tailored proposals that offer optimal solutions for roofing repair, replacement, or rejuvenation. Knock on neighbors' doors in targeted areas to introduce services, generate leads, and expand the customer base through direct engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate contract terms and prices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings. Utilize strong product knowledge and sales tactics to educate clients about our services and their benefits. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution of services post-sale. Meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.COMPETENCIES
Expertise in assessing roofing conditions and upselling appropriate solutions.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
0-1+ years of experience in customer service or sales- Entry level candidates encouraged to apply Ambitious, hunter mentality Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid driver's license, clean driving record
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Commission-based position Expected total comp for first year is $70k- 120k annual Uncapped commission 30-day paid training program ($100 per day) Health insurance Retirement plan after 2 years Company vehicle and gas card Company laptop and cell phone professional development is required

Availability:
Monday-Saturday 9 am-7 pmPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable using ladders to climb on roofs or in attics Ability to lift up to 40 lbsMandatory:
In office at 9 am for All Team Meeting (Huron) Appointments will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment Flexibility to coordinate appointments around personal schedule (with the expectation of hitting targets) Average of 8-12 appointments booked per week with minimum 35% closing ratio SKILLS Time Management Organizational Skill Adapt Well with TechnologyCOMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
