Responsibilities Perform repairs and restoration tasks on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including plumb work and fabrication. Execute remodeling projects which may include tile laying and metal stud framing. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality. Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials or equipment on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in construction or repair work is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment relevant to the trade. Ability to read and understand schematics related to repair projects. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Knowledge of remodeling techniques, including tile laying and metal stud framing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
