Roofing Foreman

Roofing Foreman / Crew Leader We are looking for an experienced and reliable Roofing Foreman to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on roofing skills, and the ability to manage crews to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise roofing crews on residential and commercial projects Ensure jobs are completed with quality workmanship and within deadlines Keep crew members on task and motivated throughout each project Oversee daily setup of job sites, including tools, equipment, and materials Perform roofing work as needed, with expertise in both shingle and metal systems Communicate with homeowners and clients, answering questions and providing updates Monitor progress and perform quality checks throughout the project Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Roofing experience (shingle and metal required) Previous crew leader or supervisory experience Ability to organize, manage time, and problem-solve effectively Professional communication skills with both crew members and clients Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
