Roofing Mechanic/Foreman

About Us Russell Roofing and Exteriors is an award-winning company with 34 years of experience. We're looking for a hardworking Roofing Mechanic / Foreman to join our team and work on diverse projects across the Greater Philadelphia area. The Role Be a part of a two to three person crew on residential and commercial jobs. You'll be responsible for high-quality craftsmanship, fulfilling contract requirements, and ensuring our customers are happy. Projects range from neighborhood homes to historic churches, using materials such as shingles, slate, metal, and tile.

Requirements Experience:

Looking for 3-5 years of hands-on installation experience.

Skills:

Experience working with various roofing types, slope and flat, skylights, flashing, and / or metal fabrication.

Basics:

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical.

Pay & Perks Pay:

$25-$35 per hour Mechanic / $30 - $40 per hour Foreman (based on experience).

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week) with optional overtime.

Benefits:
