WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You'll build relationships face-to-face with homeowners while learning a proven sales process. This is a professional field sales role where effort, discipline, and consistency directly impact your growth. Engage with homeowners to identify roofing and restoration opportunities Use video inspection technology to assess roof damage and educate customers Guide clients through the insurance and restoration process Train weekly with experienced leaders focused on helping you improve Every conversation builds confidence, communication skills, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Year Reps:

$80,000 - $120,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission

Top Producers:

$200,000+ annually
