Trailer Operations Lead DonutNV Apollo Beach is a fast-growing mobile dessert business serving hot fresh mini donuts and fresh squeezed lemonade throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Trailer Operations Lead to help support daily operations and events. This is not just a typical food service position. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, coachable, and comfortable handling responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Transporting and operating food trailer at events Assisting with setup and breakdown Operating donut machine and service window Maintaining cleanliness and organization of trailer and equipment Assisting with inventory and restocking Delivering excellent customer service Supporting overall event operations and execution

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation Valid driver's license required Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat Ability to lift 50+ lbs Weekend availability required Ability to work independently and stay organized Trailer towing experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is required Food service, operations, or leadership experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
