Compensation Average:

$2,000 per deal Typical rep (once ramped): $8,000-$10,000/month Annual potential: $100K+ No cap on earnings Our Braselton market has a higher close rate and consistent deal flow , allowing reps to ramp quickly when they follow the system. We also provide structured performance-based bonuses in your first 90 days to help you build momentum early. Responsibilities Canvassing storm-affected neighborhoods Running roof inspections (training provided) Signing contingency agreements with homeowners Educating homeowners on the insurance restoration process Managing projects from inspection through completion Storm work is consistently active in this market.
