Commission-Based | Top performers earn $300K+ About the Role We're hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to sell roofing projects through a mix of pre-set appointments and self-generated leads . This role is designed for motivated sales professionals who want control over their income . You'll receive appointments from our canvassing team while also having the freedom to prospect your own opportunities to maximize earnings. You focus on selling. We handle the backend project management, insurance supplements, paperwork, and customer communication. What You'll Be Doing Run appointments provided by our canvassing team Prospect and generate your own opportunities (neighborhood canvassing, referrals, follow-ups) Inspect roofs and guide homeowners through the insurance process Present solutions and close contracts Attend morning meetings and ongoing sales training Earnings, Incentives & Benefits Commission-based pay structure Average deals generate four-figure commissions Monthly performance bonuses Weekly and monthly incentives Annual incentive trip opportunities for top performers Benefits include: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Gym stipend (Full compensation and benefits details discussed during interview.)
