Associate or licensed, MFT, CSW, or CMHC

Alliance Counseling Utah, Inc. seeks therapists to work in our growing practice. We have locations in South Jordan and Sandy. We are an outpatient mental health clinic providing individual, child/teen, relational, and family psychotherapy to clients of all ages. We are credentialed with most insurance companies; we have a steady stream of new clients; and support staff. This position can be part or full time. Associate therapist pay is $45.00 per session and includes weekly supervision. Licensed therapist pay begins at $60 per session. Associates should be working towards licensure: MFT, CSW, or CMHC The right applicant: Has a master's degree and an associate license in the State of Utah. Has a desire to help people make change and improve their lives. Can assist those struggling with mental health issues that may include: anxiety and depression, relational/marriage issues, child/teen therapy, trauma, LGTBQIA+, and much more. Demonstrate ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, socioeconomic backgrounds, religion, age, etc. Will create a treatment plan for each client and keep case notes in a timely manner. Actively participate as a member of our team, as well as improve one's own clinical skills through continuing education. Is proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities that may include, but not limited to: CBT, EFT, ART/EMDR/Trauma, Family Systems, and Play Therapy. Ability to build therapeutic rapport with their clients. Bilingual - not required, but helpful. Work remotely - Telehealth options are available as needed
