As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and elevate our Service Division. The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and driven leader to take full ownership of our Service Division. This is a high-impact role focused on growing the division , managing projects from end to end , and developing a high-performing service team . You'll operate with significant autonomy and be expected to drive operational and financial performance while maintaining Ruff Roofers' reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day service operations and project management activities. Drive business development efforts and cultivate long-term client relationships. Manage scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of service crews. Monitor KPIs including crew productivity, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction. Mentor and develop staff while building a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (Sales, Estimating, Accounting, etc.). Support sales team and assist with takeoffs, scope reviews, and proposals. Represent the company at industry and networking events to grow market presence. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing with strong service project management expertise. Demonstrated success managing a service division or service team in a construction environment. Solid understanding of multiple roofing systems (Shingle, Single-Ply, Coatings, Modified, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team. Familiarity with Salesforce and digital workflows is a plus. Participation in local professional or industry groups is encouraged. Successful background investigation Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test Education Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
