Schedule :

The Opportunity We're hiring driven, coachable people to join our Storm Restoration Sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first face homeowners see after a storm — walking roofs, documenting damage, educating families in language they understand, and guiding them through the insurance claim process from first knock to final shingle. This is not a high-pressure sales job. We don't push junk. We don't manipulate. We win because we're right, we're thorough, and we genuinely advocate for the families we serve. What You'll Do Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods across Northwest Arkansas Perform free roof and interior/exterior inspections (full training provided) Photograph and document damage using CompanyCam app Sit down with homeowners and walk them through what you found, in language they can actually understand Help them open their insurance claim and meet with their adjuster on-site Stay engaged through inspection, supplement, install, and final walk-through Build long-term relationships and referral pipelines in the communities you serve Represent Mama Bear with professionalism, faith, and integrity in every single interaction
