This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to hotel cleanliness and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms thoroughly Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, coffee, tissues, etc.) Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly Follow proper procedures for lost and found items Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and assigned public areas Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly Respect guest privacy and comply with hotel security policies Complete daily room assignment sheets and checklists Respond politely and professionally to guest requests when approached Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25-30 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Work Conditions Standing and walking for long periods Exposure to cleaning chemicals Weekend and holiday availability required .
