Room Attendant

Overview The Capistrano Coast House, the iconic beach front hotel is looking for a Room Attendant, whose attention to detail and dedication will transform guest experiences! Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Greets guests immediately with friendly, sincere acknowledgement. Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public areas to uphold the highest standards of hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Responds to special requests by guests, such as providing extra amenities or service time requests. Support team efforts during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks or guest requests as needed. Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong attention to detail with an active approach to completing tasks thoroughly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts The ideal candidate will put pride in their work, be reliable, and be friendly and professional at all times.
