Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, surfaces, and floors, adhering to established standards. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction. Remove trash and replace linens efficiently while maintaining a tidy workspace. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and respect their privacy at all times. Assist with additional cleaning tasks in public areas or back-of-house spaces as needed to support overall hotel operations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles, preferably within a hospitality or commercial setting. Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
