Requirements Strong communication skills with a warm, professional guest-service approach. Ability to deliver items with care, attention to detail, and polished presentation. Excellent time-management skills to ensure prompt and efficient service. Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple orders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly to guest requests. High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow all sanitation and safety guidelines. Comfortable navigating guest floors, carrying trays or items, and working in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred. Familiarity with basic food handling & sanitation practices. High volume and/or fine dining experience preferred. Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required. Able to carry, pull, push weight up to 40+ pounds with or without assistance. Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
