Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Rotograver Printing Shift Incharge to lead our printing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire rotogravure printing process during your shift, ensuring high-quality output, safety compliance, and efficient workflow. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in printing quality and productivity, fostering a motivated team environment that thrives on excellence and innovation. Duties Supervise the rotogravure printing process during your shift, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Coordinate with prepress teams to prepare printing cylinders and ensure accurate color registration and image quality. Oversee the operation of flexo presses and related machinery, including machining equipment used in plate preparation and maintenance. Manage packaging workflows, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of printed materials while maintaining safety protocols. Operate forklifts safely for material handling, loading raw materials and finished products as needed. Monitor manufacturing processes closely, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime and waste. Conduct regular inspections of printing equipment, including flexo presses and machining tools, to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Lead a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve production goals efficiently. Maintain detailed shift reports, production logs, and incident records for accountability and continuous improvement purposes. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on knowledge of rotogravure printing processes. Strong familiarity with flexo presses, prepress operations, machining techniques, and packaging procedures. Prior experience operating forklifts safely within a production setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams during shift operations. Knowledge of safety standards related to manufacturing machinery, including proper handling of heavy equipment like forklifts. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize production disruptions. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports.
