Roundsman

Role Summary Camino Farms is seeking a Property-Wide Roundsman to support the daily operations of our hospitality campus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied work environment and takes pride in helping create a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained experience for guests. The Roundsman serves as a cross-functional support team member , assisting multiple operational areas across the property including the kitchen, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance. This individual will regularly circulate throughout the campus to ensure facilities, guest spaces, and operational areas are functioning smoothly. This role is particularly suited for someone who values hospitality, teamwork, and service and enjoys contributing wherever help is needed. Core Responsibilities Property Rounds & Operations Support Conduct routine rounds across the property to monitor facilities, grounds, and guest areas Identify and address operational needs in real time Support staff across departments during peak operational periods Assist with general property readiness before, during, and after guest programs Kitchen Support Assist kitchen leadership with light prep work, dishwashing, food transport, and service setup Groundskeeping Support seasonal grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, outdoor cleaning, and general upkeep Assist with preparation of outdoor activity areas and guest spaces Maintain pathways, outdoor seating areas, and recreational spaces Housekeeping Support Assist with cleaning and resetting guest accommodations and common areas Support laundry operations when needed Help maintain cleanliness standards across guest-facing facilities Maintenance Assistance Address minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor repairs, and equipment setup Report larger maintenance needs to leadership Assist with property improvement projects Guest Experience Support Provide friendly and welcoming assistance to guests when needed Help support hospitality operations during events, meals, and programs Maintain a positive and service-oriented presence across campus Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, food service, facilities operations, or property maintenance Background in guest-facing roles or professional kitchens preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to assist across multiple departments Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests Support kitchen cleanliness and organization Assist with deliveries and inventory movement

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
