About us Tritex Services is a locally owned and operated textile service company providing uniforms, linen, mats, and facility services to all types of business and industry in TN, GA and AL. Job Overview:
Tritex Services, a 38 year, local, family owned and operated company seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer applications, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong ability to multitask effectively. This is a fast paced, intensive office position. We have a large front office with two work areas/computer stations. The route processor has their own set up, but shares the space with the administrative assistant. Monday-Thursday, 7AM - 4PM Fridays, 7AM - 3:30PMPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal team members Answer and respond to customer service emails in a timely and professional manner Direct customer service requests to the appropriate departments or team members Communicate effectively with the customer service team regarding customer needs and service updates Use CRM Software to process daily routes, including invoices and production reports Add new customer accounts and update existing customer information and service changes Answer incoming phone calls as part of the office call rotation (#3 in line) Perform filing and maintain organized office records Cross-train with other office assistants and provide backup support when needed Assist with general office duties and support other departments as neededREQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an administrative office professional Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel Experience with CRM software preferred Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Must be able to work through distractions Positive attitude with an ability to work with a team and independently High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plusJob Type:
