Coordinator Job Description
R&R / RRR
Coordinator The R&R/RRR Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating Removal & Reinstall (R&R) and Removal, Reinstall & Roof (RRR) projects from initiation through completion. This role acts as the primary point of contact between customers, roofing partners, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are scheduled, communicated, and executed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Communicate with customers and leads regarding R&R and RRR project requests. Prepare and present project quotes to customers. Coordinate scheduling and ongoing communication with roofing companies, installers, and third-party partners. Build and maintain strong working relationships with roofing partners and internal departments. Order project materials and monitor deliveries to ensure project timelines are met. Schedule roofing and solar installation appointments with customers and vendors. Maintain accurate project records, notes, and updates within company systems. Provide timely project status updates to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed. Qualifications Required Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software systems; Salesforce experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively. Basic knowledge of office administrative procedures, recordkeeping, and filing systems. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of administrative, scheduling, coordination, or office experience preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer. Ability to communicate by phone and computer for extended periods.
