Fire & Water Damage Restoration Salary:

Build Your Career Into Leadership We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who wants more than just another project management role. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with ownership, become the owner's right-hand person, and grow into a General Manager position as you prove your leadership abilities and evetually lead into some ownership potential. You'll begin by leading projects in the field, mentoring team members, managing operations, and demonstrating your ability to drive results. What You'll Do Manage multiple fire, water, and restoration reconstruction projects from start to finish Oversee mitigation and reconstruction operations Build accurate estimates using Xactimate Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and scheduling Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients Maintain quality control, budgets, and project timelines Lead by example while developing future team members Help improve operations and prepare for a future leadership role What We're Looking For Strong background in fire and water damage restoration Significant experience managing both mitigation and reconstruction projects Stronger experience on the mitigation side—not just construction management with limited restoration exposure Proficient in Xactimate estimating (required) Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred IICRC certifications are a strong plus Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Motivated to grow into executive leadership Why Join Us?
