With 12-hour night shifts and a rotating three-day schedule, you'll play a critical role in supporting respiratory needs throughout the facility.

Schedule:

Three 12-hour night shifts per week

Qualifications:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Experience working across all hospital units, with comfort in floating as needed Strong assessment, ventilator management, and airway care skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments on patients in various care units Administer, monitor, and adjust respiratory treatments and ventilator therapies to best meet individual patient needs Document interventions and patient responses accurately and completely Respond efficiently to emergency situations and codes, utilizing advanced cardiopulmonary life support skills Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans, treatment options, and equipment use Support physician and nursing staff with rapid troubleshooting and expert respiratory management
