PAY RATE:
$30.17/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Assist with installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring, electrical components, and associated equipment per engineering drawings and specifications. Fabricate wire harnesses, perform terminations, ring-out, and functional testing of avionics/electrical systems. Maintain required logs and records. Complete tasks within established timeframes. Ensure all work meets regulatory and customer requirements. Inspect work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to final inspection. Maintain a clean and organized work area; comply with FOD, tool control, 5S, and safety programs. Maintain and properly use shop equipment and tools. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, YIAW). Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics OR two (2) years of related work experience OR avionics certification with one (1) year of related experience. Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams. Basic computer and software skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
