To Be Determined Job Description RTI Specialist This interventionist position will provide individual or small group instruction to students who are struggling academically. This position is also responsible for monitoring, reporting, and communicating student progress and performance. Other responsibilities: Addressing specific needs of each child Design interventions that lead to mastery of standards Write lesson plans targeting mastery of standards Collaborate with other content teachers on successful strategies Analyze data Assess students and monitor/track progress Effectively use digital platforms to supplement instruction Minimum educational requirements: Bachelors and/or Masters Degree Experience in education preferred. ESL certification and fluent Spanish speaking.
