Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions, to complete assigned routes Load, unload, and organize packages to ensure accurate deliveries and maintain route efficiency Deliver parcels directly to customers' doorsteps, ensuring a positive customer experience through friendly service Use route navigation tools to follow the most efficient paths, adjusting as needed for traffic or road conditions Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving packages using forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Perform heavy lifting of packages and parcels, sometimes requiring manual effort to load or unload items safely Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for each route completed Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Prior delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable Ability to operate box trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles with manual transmission Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Physical ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day and perform moving tasks as needed Demonstrated reliability in route driving, load & unload procedures, and adhering to safety protocols This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active environments, enjoy driving, and take pride in delivering excellent service.
