Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and deliver packages along designated routes using various vehicles such as box trucks or courier vans Assist with warehouse duties including moving shipments, stacking pallets with forklifts or pallet jacks, and organizing inventory Provide excellent customer service by interacting politely with recipients and answering delivery questions Load and secure packages properly to prevent damage during transit and ensure efficient delivery routes Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure safety standards are met Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving manual transmission or driver vehicles for route driving Support team members in route planning, load balancing, and maintaining timely deliveries Skills Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional attitude Warehouse experience including moving heavy items and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Commercial driving skills with a valid driver's license; experience with box trucks or courier vehicles preferred Delivery driver experience demonstrating safe driving practices on busy routes Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while loading/unloading packages Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and route driving logistics Strong organizational skills for load & unload tasks and route management This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy driving, and are committed to providing exceptional service.
