RV & Boat Detailer

Job Summary Factory Direct Marine & RV is looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as RV & Boat Detailers. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a fast-growing dealership, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs and boats to showroom standards Wash, wax, and dry units using hand tools and cleaning equipment Climb ladders and access roofs to ensure complete exterior cleaning Inspect units to ensure all stickers, tags, and plates are properly applied Keep detail bays, work areas, and equipment clean and organized Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Assist with general dealership upkeep, including cleaning offices and common areas Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in a job well done Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Valid driver's license required Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required (we can train the right person)
