Job Overview he RV Park General Maintenance Technician is a customer-facing, hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, compliance, and operation of the Sycamore Lodge RV Park in Bagdad, AZ. This role will evolve over time as the project progresses. As camp operations expand, responsibilities may transition into a broader Lodge and RV Park Maintenance Technician function, with duties adapting to meet changing operational and guest service needs. This position supports safe, compliant, and orderly RV accommodations by combining light maintenance, grounds upkeep, guest support, and site audits. Duties Act as a customer-facing representative for the RV Park, providing courteous and professional service to all guests Support RV guest check-in and check-out procedures in alignment with established reservation and site protocols Verify guest reservations, assigned RV stalls, length of stay, and required information as provided by Company-designated representatives Provide site orientation to guests, including rules, utilities, waste handling, and conduct expectations Respond to guest questions or concerns and escalate issues to site management as required Conduct regular audits of RV stalls and common areas to ensure compliance with site rules and environmental requirements Monitor RV sites for spills, improper waste handling, unauthorized equipment, or unsafe conditions Document deficiencies and follow up with guests or site management as required Support enforcement of approved RV Park rules and policies Perform routine inspections and light maintenance of RV pads, pedestals, spigots, and common areas Monitor electrical and water services at RV pedestals, including checking breakers and reporting issues Flush water lines prior to guest check-in as required Assist with potable water testing at RV spigots and other assigned areas as required in accordance with regulatory and site requirements Monitor wastewater and waste management areas; report spills, debris, pest activity, or service needs Contact approved vendors or escalate issues requiring ticketed or subcontracted work Assist with general upkeep of RV park grounds, including debris removal and minor repairs Perform daily site walk-throughs to identify hazards, deficiencies, or maintenance needs Contribute to preventative maintenance activities within scope Health, Safety & Compliance Follow all ATCO, Client, and regulatory Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures Complete and adhere to Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA), Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Safe Work Practices (SWPs) Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly Maintain basic records related to inspections, audits, and guest interactions as required Coordinate with site leadership to support safe and compliant operations Experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in general labor, facilities maintenance, or camp operations preferred Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business applications, as well as digital CMMS maintenance systems (e.g., ServiceMax) Mechanical aptitude and working understanding of building, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to perform maintenance tasks and safely use hand tools Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Valid driver's license required; a clean driver's abstract must be provided and maintained Camp or remote work experience is an asset
