Responsibilities Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring all contact details are entered into the CRM system. Understand and follow dealership sales processes, including full use of dealership management software and CRM tools. Proactively prospect and contact potential customers (CRM use required). Consistently achieve agreed-upon monthly sales goals. Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers engaged with the latest products and promotions. Stay up to date on product knowledge and dealership inventory. (We use the feature-function approach : demonstrate a feature and explain how it enhances the customer's RV experience.) Essential Skills Strong communication skills with a professional, positive, and approachable attitude. Ability to learn and utilize CRM systems effectively. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Confidence in negotiation and closing sales. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to self-promote, generate leads, and not just wait for walk-in traffic. Compensation & Benefits Expected minimum earning: Starting from $40,000+ annually with the potential earnings of $90,000+ , based on performance.

Draw Against Commission:

$2,000 monthly guarantee (paid bi-weekly). You always receive the greater of your guarantee or your earned commission. Example 1: If no sales are made, you receive $1,000 every two weeks. Example 2: If you sell 7 units at $500 commission each, you earn $3,500 for the month. Additional bonuses based on performance, goals, and attendance.
