Your Roadmap of Responsibilities:

Customer Welcome Wagon :

Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service from arrival to departure.

Service Navigator :

Assist customers in understanding their RV & motorhome servicing needs.

Problem-Solving Mechanic :

Transform customer concerns into actionable work orders for our skilled technicians.

Communication Roadmap :

Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring they feel valued every mile of the way.

Knowledge Fuel :

Participate in training on new products and services to stay ahead of the curve.

Relationship Builder :

Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and builds lasting connections.

Quality Control Driver :

Ensure all RV & Motorhome work meets our high standards for safety and performance.

Customer Satisfaction Advocate :

Address complaints promptly to maintain a stellar Customer Service Index (CSI). Oversee and manage all warranty claims, including accurate processing, documentation, and timely submission to ensure compliance and reimbursement.

Requirements Your Performance Specs:

Education :

High school diploma or higher required.
