Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable RV Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural components, and appliances. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality workmanship. ✅ Key Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair RV systems and components Perform preventative maintenance Troubleshoot 12V & 120V electrical systems Repair plumbing, propane, HVAC, roofing, slide-outs, and leveling systems Install accessories such as solar panels, inverters, awnings, and upgrades Accurately document work performed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or related mechanical field preferred Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Ongoing training and certification support Advancement opportunities in a growing company Why Join Complete RV Repair?
