Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled RV Technician who thrives in an environment where precision and attention to detail are paramount. As part of our elite service team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing luxury RVs to ensure our clients' travel experiences are second to none. If you have a deep understanding of RV systems, an eye for quality, and a passion for luxury service, we want you to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on high-end RVs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Work with state-of-the-art technology, from advanced air conditioning systems to cutting-edge entertainment and smart home integrations within the RVs. Conduct custom installations and upgrades to enhance the luxury experience of our clients. Provide expert advice and solutions to clients regarding their RVs, ensuring maximum comfort, performance, and safety. Ensure all maintenance and repairs meet or exceed factory specifications and luxury RV standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop while adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with our service team to provide unique, personalized modifications to clients' RVs. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, offering exemplary service in every encounter.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an RV Technician, ideally with luxury, custom, or high-end RV brands. Comprehensive knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and mechanical systems. Expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex RV issues with precision and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A strong work ethic and a dedication to going above and beyond for customers. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
