The Ryder Rental Management Trainee program is an 18-24 month accelerated career development experience designed to build the next generation of Ryder leaders. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. You'll receive hands-on training across Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing- gaining the full toolkit you need to step into a leadership role with confidence. What You'll Experience Over 18-24 months, you'll build expertise across every core area of the business: + Finance

- Manage rental assets, vehicle PM standards, and day-to-day location performance + Sales & Marketing
- Drive revenue through inbound sales, outbound solicitation, and lead generation for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales + Human Resources

- Verizon Essential Functions + Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation + Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database + Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads + Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards + Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives + Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies + Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base Additional Responsibilities + On a voluntary basis as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
